Payment Policy

Booking Confirmation

All bookings at Tino Luxury Apartments are confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received. Once payment is completed, a confirmation email and/or message will be sent to the guest with booking details.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept secure payments through the following methods:

• Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
• Other supported online payment methods via our payment provider

All payments are processed securely through a trusted payment gateway.

Payment Timing

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Bookings without payment are not reserved or guaranteed

All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems to ensure your personal and financial information is protected at all times.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking that is not successfully paid or verified.
