Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, furniture, appliances, or any property items during their stay. This includes accidental damage, breakage, or misuse of facilities.
Repair or Replacement Costs
If any damage occurs, the guest may be charged the full cost of repair or replacement. The cost will be assessed based on the extent of the damage and current market value of the item.
Property Care
All guests are expected to:
- Use appliances and facilities properly
- Avoid moving or removing property items
- Report any existing damage immediately upon check-in
Failure to report existing issues may result in responsibility being assigned to the guest.
Liability Disclaimer
Tino Luxury Apartments is not responsible for:
- Loss of personal belongings
- Injuries resulting from misuse of facilities
- Items left behind after check-out
Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure at all times.
Reporting Issues
If any damage, fault, or issue occurs during your stay, please contact management immediately so it can be addressed promptly.
