At Tino Luxury Apartments, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience for all our guests. Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully before making a reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• Guests may cancel their reservation at least 48 hours before check-in to be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may not be eligible for a refund.
• No-shows (guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date) will be charged the full booking amount.

Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Any transaction or processing fees charged by the payment gateway may be non-refundable.

Booking Changes

• Date changes are subject to availability.
• Requests to modify bookings should be made as early as possible before the check-in date.

Important Notes

• All bookings are only confirmed after full payment is received.
• Special rates or promotional bookings may have different cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
• During peak periods (e.g. holidays or festive seasons), stricter cancellation rules may apply.
