1. Introduction

Welcome to Tino Luxury Apartments. By accessing this website and making a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking & Reservation

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A reservation is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
• Guests must provide accurate information during booking, including name, contact details, and number of occupants.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

4. Occupancy Rules

• Maximum occupancy: 2 adults
• The apartment is strictly for registered guests only.
• Subletting or transferring bookings is not allowed without prior approval.

5. House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, the following rules apply:

• No parties or events allowed
• No smoking inside the apartment
• No pets allowed (unless otherwise agreed)
• Guests must respect neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels
• Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited

6. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.
• Bookings are not confirmed until payment is successfully completed.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may not be refunded.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

8. Damage & Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
• Any repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.
• Tino Luxury Apartments is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

9. Use of Property

• The property must be used for residential purposes only.
• Any misuse of the apartment may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

10. Security

• The property is located in a gated environment with 24/7 security.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring doors and windows are secured during their stay.

11. Limitation of Liability

Tino Luxury Apartments shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the stay, except where required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
